DENVER — Ibotta has expanded its performance marketing network into the convenience channel through a new partnership with 7-Eleven, bringing digital consumer packaged goods offers to more than 11,500 U.S. locations.
Under the agreement, Ibotta will serve as the exclusive third-party provider of CPG digital offers, excluding age-restricted products, across the 7-Eleven, 7NOW, and Speedway apps.
The partnership brings 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes into the Ibotta Performance Network, enabling CPG brands to run item-level, pay-per-sale promotions with verified purchase data. The programs can reach more than 100 million 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members.
For brands, the addition is designed to integrate convenience into the same performance marketing infrastructure used for grocery, mass retail, and last-mile delivery. Advertisers can extend campaigns into convenience through Ibotta’s existing platform rather than developing separate programs for the channel.
Ibotta said the expansion reflects the growing importance of convenience stores in CPG purchasing, particularly in categories such as sports and energy drinks, salty snacks, soft drinks, and candy. During the first half of 2026, sports and energy drinks recorded on-offer purchase rates as high as 42.7% across Ibotta’s network.
The partnership also gives brands a way to measure the effectiveness of convenience promotions based on actual sales, addressing what Ibotta described as a longstanding lack of national infrastructure for item-level, performance-based C-store campaigns.
“By bringing 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes into the network, brands now have a national, performance-based way to reach convenience shoppers with the same accountability they’ve come to expect elsewhere, helping them show up wherever the shopping moment happens,” Ibotta said.
