Adonis Mediterranean Market on Sauvé Street gets a fresh new look

MONTREAL — After months of work, Adonis Mediterranean Market on Sauvé Street in Montreal is celebrating the completion of major renovations today. Thanks to this $2.6-million-plus investment, the store has been completely revamped to give customers access to a more modern environment, a wider selection of products and a simplified shopping experience. To mark this important milestone, Adonis welcomed customers, families and members of the community to the store on August 27 for a special day of celebration.

A modernized shopping experience and expanded product selection

The store’s different departments were reconfigured to make it easier for customers to find their way around and enjoy a more seamless shopping experience. New décor and upgraded lighting also help create a more inviting environment. The coffee, spice and bakery sections have been expanded to provide customers with a greater selection. And, Adonis Mediterranean Market has also increased its selection of pre-packaged foods products by more than 50% in the fresh food sections and by up to 70% in the frozen food sections.

The store now also features a new pizza counter, giving customers a quick and convenient take-home meal option.

“This project was more than just a renovation. It was an opportunity for us to transform the store in a way that provides customers with a more enjoyable, seamless experience that better reflects their shopping habits, while preserving what makes Adonis strong—namely, the diversity and quality of our food selection,” stated Dave Parent, Regional Director for Adonis Quebec. “This investment also demonstrates our commitment to continuously improving our stores while remaining deeply rooted in the communities we serve.”

To celebrate this important milestone, customers who attended the grand opening enjoyed tastings, exclusive discounts and several surprises. The first 100 visitors also received a gift card as a special welcome gift.
