SALISBURY, N.C. — Ahold Delhaize USA has been named a Top Employer in the U.S. for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, marking the company’s second straight year receiving the certification.
The recognition highlights Ahold Delhaize USA’s ongoing commitment to a people-first culture built on its core values of courage, integrity, teamwork, care, and humor. Company leaders said this approach aims to create an engaging, growth-oriented workplace where employees feel supported and empowered.

The Top Employers Institute certification is based on a thorough HR Best Practices Survey that assesses organizations across six areas and 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, and organizational purpose. According to the company, the results highlight its focus on trust, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
