Alexandra Todd

Alexandra Todd is divisional vice president of retail field operations for CVS Health. In her position, Todd oversees store operations and business support for more than 1,200 locations throughout Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. She manages field operations and leads teams across both front-store and pharmacy departments. She’s focused on operational excellence, a strong colleague experience and simplifying how teams deliver care in the communities they serve. 

“Being a pharmacist has shaped who I am as a leader. It has helped me remain ever curious, ask questions and always seek to learn as much as to teach. I feel blessed to have a career in which I can help my 20,000-plus colleagues deliver genuine care locally and meet our communities where they are — whether that’s through a front-store colleague warmly greeting our customers and helping them find the funniest birthday card or a pharmacy colleague helping find solutions for a patient. Ultimately, we want to show up in the small moments for our customers and be the go-to community destination that makes their day easier.” 

Known for a relentless pursuit of enhancement, Todd brings a people-first leadership approach grounded in clear priorities, practical tools and strong cross-functional partnerships. She has led efforts to strengthen talent pipelines, reduce friction for frontline teams, and build consistent execution across complex, fast-changing environments.

Todd holds a BS in biochemistry from Vanderbilt University and a PharmD degree from the University of Cincinnati. She began her tenure with CVS Health following the acquisition of Target Pharmacy in 2015 and has advanced through several leadership positions with progressively greater responsibilities. She demonstrates effective leadership through both inspiration and strategic vision.
