SEATTLE – Amazon has long been committed to providing customers with an extensive selection, competitive prices, and a seamless shopping experience. With over 300 million products spanning 35+ categories, the company continues to innovate in online retail. Independent sellers, who offer millions of products in Amazon's store, make a significant portion of this vast selection possible.
To further support affordability and accessibility, Amazon has introduced a new shopping experience: Amazon Haul.
Launched in beta in November, Amazon Haul offers U.S. customers an extensive selection of fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics, and other products, all priced at $20 or less. Available via the Amazon Shopping app and desktop site, this feature allows shoppers to access budget-friendly items with typical delivery times of one to two weeks. Amazon Haul is backed by the company’s A-to-z Guarantee, ensuring product quality and customer protection, regardless of whether Amazon or third-party sellers sell the items.

“Finding great products at very low prices is important to customers, and we continue to explore ways that we can work with our selling partners so they can offer products at ultra-low prices,” said Dharmesh Mehta, vice president of Worldwide Selling Partner Services at Amazon. “Amazon Haul aims to help make shopping for fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics, and other products even more fun, easy, and affordable, all backed by Amazon’s A-to-z product guarantee so customers can shop with confidence that the products they’re purchasing are safe, authentic, and in the condition expected. It’s early days for this experience, and we’ll continue to listen to customers as we refine and expand it in the weeks and months to come.”
In addition to Amazon Haul, the company has integrated AI-driven Shopping Guides to enhance the research and purchasing process across 100+ product categories. This technology leverages generative AI to provide tailored recommendations and improved shopping assistance, simplifying customers' decision-making.
Amazon Haul provides an engaging and cost-effective shopping experience, with additional savings of 5% on orders over $50 and 10% off orders exceeding $75. Free delivery is available for orders of $25 or more, while smaller orders incur a minimal fee of $3.99.
Amazon Haul features a variety of low-cost items, such as:
- A three-piece trimmer razor set for $2.99
- Holiday-themed table runners for $2.99
- iPhone 16 cases starting at $1.79
- Women’s stretch cinch belts for $1.99
- Touchscreen winter gloves for $3.21
- Jewelry sets for $2.99
- A two-pack of kitchen tongs for $4.99
Customers can find Amazon Haul by searching "Haul" in the Amazon Shopping app, navigating from the main menu, or visiting www.amazon.com/haul. Additionally, all purchases over $3.00 qualify for free returns within 15 days, with drop-off available at over 8,000 locations, including Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods, UPS, Kohl’s, and Staples.
Amazon remains committed to offering over 300 million items with fast, free shipping for Prime members. However, customer feedback has indicated a strong demand for ultra-low-priced products, even with longer delivery windows. Amazon Haul is just the beginning of a broader initiative to cater to this need, and the company looks forward to refining the experience based on customer insights.
