SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Audien Hearing has launched its products on Costco.com, offering two exclusive over-the-counter hearing aid bundles that combine rechargeable devices, maintenance supplies and extended customer support. The move places Audien within North America's largest hearing aid retailer and represents a significant milestone in the company's effort to make hearing care more accessible and affordable.

Available since Oct. 1, the Costco-exclusive Atom X and Ion IQ bundles allow members to purchase hearing aids online without a prescription while receiving ongoing guidance from hearing specialists throughout their hearing journey.
“We started Audien asking why something as essential as hearing had to feel so out of reach,” said Ishan Patel, CEO and co-founder of Audien Hearing. “We believe buying hearing aids should be as easy as buying reading glasses. Costco has already changed what people expect from hearing care by making quality and value available at scale. Bringing Audien to Costco.com builds on that with an accessible option members can order from home, backed by real people who support them at every step.”
The launch includes two Costco-exclusive packages:
- Atom X Hearing Aid Bundle ($369 MSRP): Includes Atom X rechargeable hearing aids, a three-month supply of maintenance essentials and one year of AudienCare.
- Ion IQ Hearing Aid Bundle ($649 MSRP): Includes Ion IQ rechargeable hearing aids, a three-month supply of maintenance essentials and three years of AudienCare.
Both bundles come with access to AudienCare, the company's support program that connects customers with hearing specialists for assistance with setup, fit, maintenance and everyday use. The service also includes four one-on-one Sound Check video appointments annually, along with protection for device damage, theft or loss, subject to plan terms.
Audien's rechargeable O-T-C hearing aids are designed for adults 18 and older with perceived mild-to-moderate hearing loss. The devices are available without a prescription and include personalized support, highlighted by a complimentary one-on-one Sound Check appointment with a hearing specialist.
The Costco.com partnership is the latest step in Audien's retail expansion strategy. Earlier this year, the company rolled out its products in more than 1,000 Target stores and on Target.com, bringing its overall retail presence to more than 11,000 locations nationwide. Audien hearing aids are also available through Walmart, Walgreens and CVS.
By launching initially with two exclusive online bundles, Audien aims to make hearing support more accessible to consumers seeking affordable, convenient solutions backed by personalized care. The company said the Costco relationship further advances its goal of making hearing care a routine and accessible part of everyday life.
