BRADENTON, Fla. — Leading retailer Bealls Inc. has announced the appointment of David Brown as vice president of Stores. Brown will lead store operations across several regions nationwide, supporting the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Getting his start in loss prevention, Brown has more than 25 years of retail leadership experience, with deep expertise in business strategy, team development, and operational execution. He has held key leadership roles with Ross Dress for Less and Target, where he led large, multi-unit operations and successfully turned around underperforming markets. Most recently, Brown served as regional vice president with Ross Dress for Less, where his regions led the company in shrink results and consistently ranked as a top performer in both sales and contribution.

Brown holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University.
