BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — The Briad Group plans to open its first multi-brand Circle K travel center this fall in Binghamton, bringing Circle K, Wendy’s, Dunkin’ and Papa Johns together at a single location.
The 6,800-square-foot travel center, located at 265 Court Street near Interstates 81 and 86, will include a Circle K convenience store with eight fuel pumps. Two dedicated drive-thru lanes will serve Dunkin’ and Wendy’s, while the location will also offer a non-traditional Papa Johns branded pizza concept.
The Binghamton development is the first in a planned rollout of Circle K travel centers across New York. Briad expects to develop as many as 40 locations under its long-term franchise development agreement with Circle K.

A second multi-brand Circle K travel center is under construction in Watertown, N.Y., and is expected to open in January 2027. Construction on the Binghamton site began in early 2026, while work on the Watertown location started in June.
Peachtree Group provided development financing for both projects and has committed up to $200 million to support Briad’s development and acquisition of convenience stores and mini-travel center sites over the next several years.
Briad said the concept combines fuel, convenience retail and quick-service restaurants into integrated travel destinations as the company expands into the convenience and fuel sector.
