TYLER, Tex. — Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) has announced two key executive appointments. Jerry LeClair has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and Mandy Tomlin joins the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
LeClair, who joined BGC’s executive team in 2019 as Executive Vice President – Chief Merchant Officer and Retail, will oversee retail operations, marketing, category management, merchandising, logistics, and facility services. He brings more than 40 years of experience in the retail industry, having previously held senior roles at Albertson’s, Harris Teeter, and Giant Eagle, where he served as EVP of Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing, as well as General Manager of Supermarket/Market District.
Tomlin joins BGC with over 25 years of financial leadership experience in retail. She most recently served as CFO of HAC, Inc. (Homeland) in Oklahoma City and spent more than two decades with Albertsons Companies, Inc., where she held various senior positions, including CFO and Corporate Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Tomlin holds a BBA and an MBA in Business Administration and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She has served on the board of the Texas Retailers Association and participated in the FMI Financial Executives Committee and the Retail Finance Leaders Roundtable.
