SAN FRANCISCO — Costco is adding more value to its Executive Membership with a new perk launching June 30: a $10 monthly credit for same-day delivery orders through Instacart. The credit applies to orders of $150 or more placed via sameday.costco.com, sameday.costco.ca, or Costco’s Instacart storefronts in the U.S. and Canada.
The announcement, made by Instacart, strengthens a long-standing partnership between the grocery technology leader and Costco. Executive Members will now receive exclusive savings on top of Costco’s already competitive pricing, automatically applied to qualifying orders for fast, reliable home delivery.
“Costco Executive Members expect exceptional value – and now, they can get even more delivered to their door,” said Daniel Danker, Chief Product Officer at Instacart. “Our new monthly credit makes it easier than ever for members across North America to get Costco’s warehouse items with the convenience of fast and reliable delivery through Instacart.”
Instacart first partnered with Costco in 2017 to provide same-day delivery and expanded the offering in 2021 with the launch of Costco’s dedicated same-day delivery website powered by Instacart’s Storefront Pro technology.
Executive Members can begin redeeming their credits starting June 30 by shopping through the dedicated same-day delivery sites or directly via Instacart.
