Through its CVS Photo business, the company offers a collection of customizable America250-themed products, including mugs, tumblers, magnets and other keepsakes that help customers turn holiday celebrations and community events into lasting memories. Developed with input from CVS Health colleagues, the collection features a contemporary Americana design aesthetic.
CVS Health is also participating in several high-profile July 4 celebrations nationwide. In New York City, the company will take part in a first-of-its-kind Independence Day event in Times Square, featuring a special America250-themed ball drop that will create a new tradition inspired by the iconic New Year's Eve celebration.
In Los Angeles, CVS Health will be part of America’s Block Party and the concert at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Attendees will have opportunities to engage with CVS pharmacists, visit a Joyward-inspired Americana photo installation, sample Well Market snacks, and receive giveaways throughout the event.
The company will also maintain a presence in Boston during the city’s historic Fourth of July festivities, with activities along the Independence Day parade route and at Faneuil Hall. Visitors will be able to participate in CVS Photo experiences and access essentials such as water, sunscreen, and snacks.
Beyond major metropolitan celebrations, CVS Health said it plans to support local communities through neighborhood block parties and its extensive retail footprint. More than 600 CVS Pharmacy locations are within one mile of parade routes nationwide, providing convenient access to holiday necessities for consumers.
The company also supports America Gives, a nationwide initiative that promotes volunteerism and civic engagement. Through the program, CVS Health will encourage colleagues and communities to participate in local service efforts, helping create a lasting impact beyond the anniversary celebrations.
CVS Health said its involvement in America250 will continue beyond Independence Day, combining national events, local engagement, and community-focused initiatives throughout the anniversary year.
CVS Pharmacy locations will remain open on July 4, though some stores may have modified hours. Customers are encouraged to check with their local store for holiday schedules.
