With this redesign, ECRM says that all of its tools are still available and have been upgraded to make the buying and selling process more efficient.
"The enhanced features give our clients an easier way to access essential event information while providing news about the latest happenings within the buying and selling community," says Kurt Repola, ECRM’s chief architect. "This website revamp falls perfectly in line with our organization’s ongoing efforts to enhance quality, but most of all, it is designed with the goal to give our clients the resources they need to make their job easier."
ECRM’s website enhancements include a more streamlined appearance across all pages, a redesigned homepage with a simplified message and a reconfigured "My MarketGate" feature to improve ease of use.
In addition, event pages are easier to navigate, the registration process has been simplified and the online preparation site has been improved. Also, the "Industry Contacts" feature has been reworked to offer a better user experience.
"We’re committed to our client community, and our redesigned website offers a better online experience where preparing for an event or utilizing our tools is a seamless experience," Repola says.
