After working in the eye care category for more than a decade, Elyse Stoltz Dickerson perceived a lack of innovation in ear care and co-founded eosera to help fill the gap. Since that time, the company has raised the bar in the category.
“My mission is to make eosera the most trusted brand for ear care products in the nation,” said Dickerson, the company’s chief executive officer. “We’re doing this by listening to customers and talking with doctors, pediatricians and ENTs [ear, nose and throat specialists] about the kind of ear care support people need. This year, we’re rolling out several new products that will help us achieve this goal.”
Eosera first made its mark in 2015 with an ear wax treatment. Since then, subsequent introductions have continually pushed the envelope.
“All our products are solving real problems people face, whether it’s ear wax impaction, painful earaches or itchy ears caused by perimenopause,” Dickerson noted. “I love being able to create quality products that are accessible over the counter, without an expensive trip to the doctor. I also really love being able to create a company culture that is so positive and rewarding.”
She is confident that line extensions slated to debut later this year will resonate with consumers and extend that track record: “Our innovative new products rolling out this year are really exciting, and I’m so proud of our team for being able to develop these science-backed products and beautiful packaging that really pops on the shelf.”
