Erin Condon serves as chief marketing officer of pharmacy and consumer wellness at CVS Health. She leads the teams responsible for customer growth strategy, customer experience, enterprise brand, and marketing communications. Known for blending deep consumer insight with innovation and storytelling excellence, Condon drives performance-led strategies that connect data, technology and creativity — enabling rapid response to evolving consumer needs. She has led purpose-driven brand platforms, including HERe for Her and Beauty Mark, that expand access and support consumers’ mental and physical health. She also led the launch of CMX, CVS Health’s Retail Media Exchange.
Condon has been with CVS Health for over a decade and brings more than 25 years of experience across retail, financial services, e-commerce and loyalty. Prior to CVS Health, she served as president of Upromise, where she oversaw product development, analytics, brand awareness and customer experience. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Discover Financial Services. She began her career at Aramark.

Condon earned a bachelor of science in economics with honors from Babson College, and an MBA with honors from the University of Notre Dame. Outside of work, Condon serves as a council leader with Forbes Impact and has advised female entrepreneurs through Springboard Enterprises.
