CAMP HILL, Pa. — Rite Aid Corp. has named Bryan Everett executive vice president of store operations, effective August 3. He will be responsible for all operations at the chain’s nearly 4,600 stores and will report to president and chief operating officer Ken Martindale.
Rite Aid Corp. has named Bryan Everett executive vice president of store operations, effective August 3. He will be responsible for all operations at the chain’s nearly 4,600 stores and will report to president and chief operating officer Ken Martindale.
Everett will succeed Bob Thompson, who is retiring from the company in January. Thompson will continue reporting to Martindale until his retirement, working on service initiatives as well as assisting in the leadership transition.
Everett most recently served as senior vice president of store operations at Target Corp. In that position he focused on talent management, operational efficiency and integrated technology solutions. He also led new format, new store and remodeling programs while also overseeing pharmacy and clinic operations.
Before joining Target in 2002, Everett held store operations management positions at Fleming Wholesale and Aldi.
