ATLANTA — RaceTrac is rolling out an expanded summer food menu with new offerings across breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, continuing the convenience retailer’s focus on elevating its prepared food selection.
The seasonal menu introduces the Nashville Hot Chicken Croissant, which pairs spicy chicken with a buttery croissant for breakfast. Customers looking for a milder option can choose a Banana Walnut Muffin or the retailer’s assembled-in-house bacon, egg and cheese croissant. RaceTrac is also promoting its Crazy Good Coffee and fresh strawberry and blueberry fruit cups as breakfast pairings.
For lunch and dinner, the menu features Buffalo Chicken Pizza, a fresh West Coast Club and an assembled-in-house Toasted Italian Sub. RaceTrac said its pizzas are baked in-house and available throughout the day, while its sandwiches are delivered fresh daily.
The retailer has also expanded its grab-and-go snack selection by adding the Cheesy Burger Tornado to its roller grill lineup and Street Corn Bites to its hot bar.
Customers seeking a sweet treat can choose the new Peanut Butter Crispy Rice Treat or create a custom frozen yogurt dessert at the Swirl World Frozen Yogurt bar. New flavors include Jamba Mango Sorbet and Jamba Coconut Milk Frozen Yogurt, which can be combined to create the Jamba Mango Coconut Breeze.
RaceTrac said its year-round prepared food lineup remains available throughout the summer, including breakfast sandwiches, hot pizza, Tornados, Nathan’s Famous 100% Premium All-Beef Hot Dogs, fresh fruit, Ready Pac salads and fresh sandwiches.
The seasonal menu is now available at participating RaceTrac locations.
