PARKVILLE, Md. – Giant Food has opened its newly remodeled Maryland store located at 7709 Hartford Rd, Parkville, MD 21234.
The grand reopening showcased modernized amenities, including an expanded seafood department, a broader selection of international foods, a Ledo pizza Corner Shop, a full-service sushi bar with in-store chef, and a variety of prepared food offerings.

During the ribbon cutting ceremony, Giant Food celebrated its Clean Water Partnership with a $85K donation to the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay to implement sustainability practices on local Maola dairy farms in the Chesapeake Bay. Collected through a round-up program in Giant Food’s more than 162 stores, the funding will support work under their partnership.
Customers will enjoy an elevated shopping experience from the moment they enter the store, with opportunities to sample Giant’s private brand products and favorites from partners like Boar’s Head and CELSIUS and receive a free reusable bag at checkout.
