Gina Kelly’s focus is helping Clorox Co. win with consumers by winning with its retail partners. As senior vice president and chief customer officer of the company, she is responsible for the sales function. She assumed this role and joined the Clorox executive committee in June 2024. She leads the company’s sales organization to translate category and brand strategies into strong in‑market activations.

“That means building joint growth plans, leading categories with insight, and ensuring consistent performance on shelf and online — while developing a customer organization that makes us ready to win today and into the future,” she says. “Great brands only win if they show up flawlessly where shoppers choose. I translate Clorox’s brand strength into retailer confidence. My focus is making sure our customers see us as a growth partner — one who understands their shopper, executes consistently and brings ideas that help customers win as retail evolves.” 

It is rewarding to see teams and customers come together to solve real consumer needs — and then watching that work win in the market. Kelly says she loves the balance of strategy and execution and is especially energized by developing people, helping them grow into bigger roles and deliver results they’re proud of.

“I am energized by working with retailers to navigate rapid change — testing new ideas across omnichannel while building teams that can execute with speed and confidence,” she adds.

“One of our biggest accomplishments has been raising the bar on how we partner and bring innovation and innovative ideas to market,” she says. “Our teams are showing up as true growth partners.”
