EMERYVILLE, Calif. — Grocery Outlet Holding Corp. has named Frank Kerr as Executive Vice President and Chief Store Operations Officer, effective Sept. 15.
Kerr joins the discount grocer from Lidl US, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Customer Officer, helping lead the retailer’s U.S. expansion and delivering consistent growth. He previously held leadership roles at Save A Lot, overseeing operations across more than 900 licensed grocery stores.
