Customers can now link their free Albertsons Cos. forU and Chevron Texaco Rewards accounts, creating a seamless way to combine their redeemable rewards for even more fuel savings. The new account-linking capability helps customers access rewards earned through everyday purchases and combine them with Chevron Texaco Rewards at participating Chevron and Texaco stations. It is another way Albertsons Cos. is helping customers make the most of their budgets while enjoying the convenience of a connected rewards experience.
For more than 13 years, Albertsons Cos. and Chevron have worked together to help customers save on fuel. This latest integration builds on that relationship by making it even simpler for shared rewards members to access and use their redeemable gas rewards.
Whether you're stocking up for the week, picking up ingredients for dinner or shopping for household essentials, your purchases can help unlock savings at the pump.
How It Works
Getting started is simple:
- Link your Albertsons Cos. forU and Chevron Texaco Rewards accounts.
- Enter the phone number associated with your forU account at participating Chevron and Texaco stations. If your phone numbers are different, use the number linked to your Chevron Texaco Rewards account.
- Apply your combined redeemable rewards from both programs to maximize fuel savings.
Maximize Your Rewards
Customers who link their Albertsons Cos. forU and Chevron Texaco Rewards accounts can maximize savings at the pump by combining rewards from both programs. At participating stations outside California, members can save up to $1 per gallon when they redeem 1,000 points through Albertsons Cos. forU points and up to 50 cents-per-gallon through Chevron Texaco Rewards, for combined savings of up to $1.50 per gallon. At participating California stations, members can save up to 20 cents-per-gallon when they redeem 200 points through Albertsons Cos. forU points and up to 50 cents-per gallon through Chevron Texaco Rewards, for combined savings of up to 70 cents-per-gallon.*
