BOISE, Idaho — As senior vice president of digital shopping experiences for Albertsons, Jill Pavlovich leads a team that is winning awards for delivering great e-commerce experiences.

Pavlovich joined Albertsons in her present role in 2021, overseeing the grocer’s digital product strategy and management of its mobile app, in-store kiosks and website. Prior to joining Albertsons, she served as senior VP of digital at Bed Bath & Beyond. Before that, she was associate director and then general manager and head of exclusive brands and merchandising for Wayfair from 2015 to 2021.

Earlier in her career Pavlovich served as VP of merchandising and design at Perry Ellis International, and brand merchandiser and marketing manager for Natori. She also held leadership roles in merchandising and marketing for Warnaco’s Calvin Klein brand.

Among her achievements at Albertsons are the digital enhancements to the company’s Meal Plans tool that were launched in late 2023. The tool provides customers thousands of recipes that can be filtered by dietary preference, food restrictions and even serving size. New recipes are added regularly. Last year Pavlovich’s team added a budget tracker that enables customers to set a weekly budget, with total number of meals and total number of servings specified. The tool tracks not only the total price of each meal but the cost per serving as well.

Earlier this year Albertsons was recognized by Fast Company as one of the Brands that Matter for 2024. “This recognition is a true testament to the hard work, passion and dedication of our team,” Pavlovich posted on LinkedIn. “It also reflects our commitment to building genuine, meaningful connections with our customers and communities.”
