Katie Niles helps chart Kinney Drugs’ course as a trusted, community‑focused health and wellness retailer. 

Niles helps shape the retailer’s vision for a more seamless and unified customer experience across the pharmacy, front‑end and digital channels. She is focused on aligning touchpoints so customers feel supported, whether filling prescriptions, seeking functional and better‑for‑you nutrition choices, or looking for everyday value throughout the store. 

Her priorities include expanding private label offerings, accelerating growth in health‑forward categories, strengthening pharmacist‑led education initiatives, and advancing an e-commerce experience that integrates convenience with the needs of today’s pharmacy and wellness ­shopper.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Niles is invested in cultivating an empowered team and collaborating with store operations for real-time insights.

A 2004 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, Niles is a pharmacist with extensive experience in pharmacy leadership, clinical services and category management. She brings a holistic perspective to her role, blending the science of patient care with the strategy and creativity of modern retail.
