During her 11-year tenure, Vigliante helped build the company’s wholesale division from the ground up into a major growth engine. She oversees strategic retail partnerships and integrated sales and marketing initiatives that connect product development, brand positioning, trade marketing and go-to-market execution. Her leadership spans campaign strategy, pricing architecture and promotional programs designed to drive velocity and deepen consumer engagement.

She was instrumental in launching Nature’s Truth and growing it into a leading supplement brand, while pioneering the hair, skin and nails and aromatherapy segments. Most recently, she led the rebrand of NeoCell, modernizing the 25-year-old collagen brand for a new generation. Through targeted marketing and digital activation, NeoCell’s flagship collagen product now holds the No. 1 collagen position on TikTok.
As Piping Rock expands — including its recent acquisition of Vitafusion — Vigliante remains focused on sustainable growth.
