The ramen category, valued at $2.7 billion and growing nine percent year over year, has become a platform for consumers to explore bold flavors, new cravings and customized eating experiences. Growth is being fueled in part by strong demand from Gen Z consumers and by fast-growing formats like cheesy ramen, a segment that has doubled over the past three years.
