CINCINNATI — Kroger Co. is expanding its own brand pet food offerings in celebration of National Pet Month, adding new products to its Abound product line and updating the packaging.
Kroger says Abound is premium pet food available at an everyday low price, made with the highest-quality, nutrient-dense ingredients and without unwanted fillers.“Pets are cherished members of our families, offering unconditional love and companionship every day,” said Juan De Paoli, Vice President of Our Brands at Kroger. “Kroger is excited to introduce new Abound products with even more nutrient-dense ingredients, specialty formulations and training treats. Kroger notes that these new items and other Abound products are now available in packaging with a new updated design that highlights the brand’s core benefits of high quality, performance and accessibility. Pet lovers can also look forward to trying the new formulas in wet and dry cat food as well as dog treats, the company says.
