Kroger rolls out fall deals and fuel rewards to help customers stretch their holiday budgets

“With these savings, customers don’t have to choose between a good meal and a good deal.”

CINCINNATI — As consumers look to manage household costs heading into the holiday season, The Kroger Co. is stepping up with a wave of savings across grocery staples, seasonal essentials, and fuel. The retailer announced new fall promotions designed to deliver value where it counts most — from the dinner table to the gas pump.

The nation’s largest supermarket operator is spotlighting discounts on key items such as beef, eggs, cheese, and produce, along with an expanded Fall Fuel event that offers shoppers multiple ways to earn bonus points redeemable at Kroger Fuel Centers. From November 7 to 9, customers can earn 4X Fuel Points with a digital or in-store coupon — a move that helps offset rising travel costs during the busy holiday season.

“As families have settled into back-to-school routines and traded grilling season for slow cooker meals, we are looking to help customers save in many areas of their budget — from everyday grocery hauls to seasonal essentials and fuel,” said Mary Ellen Adcock, executive vice president and chief merchant and marketing officer. “With everyday low prices, weekly savings opportunities and fuel points, at Kroger, value is our key ingredient.”

The company said its latest savings campaign builds on its long-standing promise to combine freshness, quality, and affordability, and adds that its Fresh & Quality Guarantees mean that lower prices do not mean a compromise on quality.

In addition to everyday low prices, Kroger is offering a mix of digital and in-store coupons, buy-one-get-one promotions, and pickup or delivery discounts. Among the featured deals:

  • $9.99 per pound on select steaks with coupons valid October 29–November 11.
  • Kroger brand Eggs (18 count) for $1.99, Chuck Roasts for $5.99 per pound, and Private Selection brand Colossal Blueberries for $3.99, all available November 5–11.
  • Kroger Shredded and Block Cheese (16 oz) at $2.49 during the same period.
  • BOGO event October 29–November 4 on favorites like Private Selection Gourmet Potatoes, Kroger Peanut Butter, Coffee Mate Creamer, Arm & Hammer Laundry Detergent, and Hebrew National hot dogs.
  • Kroger Rising Crust Pizzas for $3.49 each, with a 5X digital coupon valid October 22–November 2 — just in time for Halloween.
  • Spend $75, save $10 on pickup and delivery orders (October 29–November 8) or get free delivery on orders of the same amount.

Shoppers can also earn 4X Fuel Points on Private Selection purchases through November 4, and 2X points on gift cards, with 4X on weekends during the fuel event. Members of Boost by Kroger Plus continue to earn double points year-round, while pharmacy customers can earn 25 points per qualifying prescription and 75 points for 90-day refills.

The fall savings push comes as grocery inflation continues to ease but remains above pre-pandemic levels, keeping value-conscious shoppers focused on discounts and rewards programs. By expanding its Fuel Points and targeted digital deals, Kroger is reinforcing its reputation for helping families make their budgets go further — particularly ahead of Thanksgiving travel and holiday gatherings.

“With these savings, customers don’t have to choose between a good meal and a good deal,” Adcock said.

The campaign is also designed to strengthen Kroger’s competitive positioning in the broader grocery landscape, where chains are doubling down on value-driven promotions to woo budget-conscious consumers. As the retailer prepares for the peak holiday season, it is betting that its combination of digital convenience, fuel rewards, and strong private-brand offerings will continue to drive loyalty and traffic — both in stores and online.
