LeBlanc named merchandising VP for beauty, personal care at CVS

Michelle LeBlanc was appointed vice president of merchandising for beauty, personal care and Hispanic Center of Excellence (CoE) by CVS Health.

WOONSOCKET, R.I. — Michelle LeBlanc was appointed vice president of merchandising for beauty, personal care and Hispanic Center of Excellence (CoE) by CVS Health.

Prior to this role, LeBlanc spent nearly 20 years in the CVS Pharmacy retail organization, holding a wide range of positions from category design and category management to store brand business development, and most recently leading front store strategy and transformation.

For her leadership, in both 2023 and 2024, she was recognized as one of Mass Market Retailers (MMR’s) Most Influential Women. She earned her bachelor of marketing from George Mason University and her MBA from Providence College.

“Michelle will leverage her extensive experience, innovative mindset, and dedication to growth to advance our beauty offering.  She will continue to expand our portfolio of exciting beauty brands,  sharpen our focus on our multicultural consumers, and extend our strong health equity into beauty, especially skin care,” said Musab Balbale, senior vice president  and chief merchandising officer of CVS Health.
