Lindsey Coppler serves as the chief commercial development officer at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, where she leads strategies aimed at strengthening customer engagement and driving growth across the company’s portfolio of sports and lifestyle nutrition brands. In her role, Coppler collaborates closely with retail partners across the food, drug, mass, natural and value channels to expand categories and foster stronger partnerships between retailers and brands.
Her leadership centers on aligning commercial strategy, consumer insights and customer relationships to help retailers capitalize on the rising demand for performance nutrition and wellness products. Glanbia Performance Nutrition’s portfolio includes leading brands like Optimum Nutrition, Isopure and Amazing Grass, which continue to gain traction as protein, fitness and functional nutrition become more mainstream in retail.
Before taking on her current role, Coppler held several senior leadership positions within the organization, including chief customer officer and vice president of sales for the food, drug, mass, natural and value channels. In those roles, she helped grow retail partnerships and improve the company’s commercial strategy as performance nutrition products became more common in everyday shopping baskets.
Earlier in her career, Coppler worked at companies including PepsiCo, Reckitt and Kraft Heinz, gaining experience in category management, national account strategy and retail growth. With over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, Coppler has established a reputation for assisting retailers and brands in adapting to changing consumer trends while connecting wellness-focused products with shoppers across the country.
