Fair will oversee L'Oréal’s Consumer Products Division in North America in her new position. This division includes some of the company’s most iconic brands, such as L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, and Garnier. She will lead the division’s strategic direction, accelerate growth, and enhance the consumer experience across physical and digital platforms.
