Love’s Travel Stops upgrades loyalty program

OKLAHOMA CITY — Love’s Travel Stops has announced a significant upgrade to its Love’s Rewards loyalty program, now offering a unified platform that allows both professional and casual drivers to earn and redeem points on fuel and in-store purchases at its network of 608 travel stops and 62 country stores.

The upgraded program enhances rewards access via the new Love’s App and offers more chances to earn points, while still keeping popular benefits like fuel discounts and shower credits.

To celebrate the launch, starting March 1, all members will receive 100 bonus points on their first in-store Love’s Rewards scan, regardless of enrollment date. The promotion runs through September 30, 2026. Points can be redeemed like cash on future purchases.

Casual drivers will continue to get fuel discounts, including $0.10 per gallon off gasoline and up to $0.25 per gallon off auto diesel, along with participation in the Love’s drink club program.

New benefits include:

  • 1 point per gallon of gasoline and auto diesel
  • 2 points per $1 spent on in-store merchandise
  • An additional 2 points per $1 spent on Love’s-branded products, freshly made meals and snacks, and bulk Diesel Exhaust Fluid

For professional drivers, the base tier now earns 2 points per $1 spent on in-store merchandise, up from 1 point per $1. Drivers also earn an additional 2 points per $1 spent on Love’s-branded products, fresh food, and bulk DEF, on top of their tier earnings.

Starting October 1, the free drink refill program for professional drivers will switch to a monthly credit system, offering members more flexibility to redeem points for beverages or other rewards.

Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Love’s operates 670 locations across 42 states and continues to promote its upgraded loyalty platform as a key competitive advantage in the travel stop and convenience retail industry.
