SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — As shoppers look for ways to stretch their holiday budgets, Market 32 and Price Chopper are rolling out a Thanksgiving meal deal designed to feed 10 people for less than $40, or under $4 per person. The offer, available Nov. 1 through Thanksgiving Day, bundles a turkey and a range of traditional side dish ingredients into a single value-focused package.
The promotion comes as inflation-conscious consumers continue seeking affordability during the holiday season. According to the retailer, the meal package includes a Grade A turkey, potatoes, stuffing, gravy, vegetables, cranberry sauce, rolls and ingredients for pumpkin pie.
“We know how much it means to bring loved ones together for Thanksgiving, and how much thought goes into making the holiday budget work,” said Blaine Bringhurst, president of Market 32 and Price Chopper. “Helping families serve a meal for 10 for less than $40 is one way we can make a meaningful difference.”
The Thanksgiving promotion builds on the grocer’s broader value strategy, which recently included price reductions on more than 1,000 everyday grocery items, weekly promotional offers and updates to its AdvantEdge Rewards program. Through the loyalty program, shoppers earn 1% back on most purchases, with rewards displayed in dollar amounts on receipts and redeemable toward future grocery trips, including holiday meal purchases.
To qualify for the Thanksgiving meal offer, customers must purchase the featured items using a registered AdvantEdge Rewards card. Additional ingredients required for meal preparation are sold separately.
For shoppers looking to skip the cooking altogether, Market 32 and Price Chopper are also offering fully prepared Thanksgiving meals through their catering and takeout program. Orders will be accepted through Nov. 19, with pickup available Nov. 24-26 while supplies last.
