Montréal – Following several months of renovation work, Metro Place Valois is welcoming customers to a fully modernized store made possible by a $10 million investment. Located at 3800 Ontario Street East, the store now features a brand-new seafood department, new food concepts and upgraded facilities that reflect the company's latest standards.
An Enhanced Food Offering
The renovation has introduced several new features, including a new Adonis section, Aki Sushi, Aki Grill and Aki Boba counters, as well as freshly made hot pizzas, further enhancing the store's food offering and better serving the needs of the local community.
Customers can also enjoy a wider selection of sandwiches, freshly cut fruits and vegetables, and chef-prepared meals. A fresh-squeezed orange juice machine has been added to the ready-to-eat offering, while the assortment has been expanded with a larger BBQ section and a broader selection of desserts and pastries.

A Reimagined Shopping Experience
Several areas of the store have been redesigned to make shopping more convenient and enjoyable. These improvements reflect Metro Place Valois' commitment to evolving alongside its community by offering more choice, services and freshness every day.
To mark this important milestone, a variety of celebratory activities will take place from October 29 to November 1, 2026, as well as during the following weekends.
Metro is part of the Moi rewards program, allowing customers of Metro, Super C, Jean Coutu, Brunet and Première Moisson to earn points at nearly 900 participating locations and redeem them instantly at checkout to save on everyday essentials.
Customers can also take advantage of the Click & Collect service, which allows them to order groceries online and pick them up directly at the store.
