Michael Graham joins Publix Board of Directors

“His extensive experience in finance and consumer packaged goods will make him a strong addition to our board.”

LAKELAND, Fla. — Today, Publix Super Markets announced that Michael Graham has been elected to join the company’s board of directors, effective October 1, 2025.

“We are pleased to welcome Michael to the Publix board,” said Publix Executive Chairman Todd Jones. “His extensive experience in finance and consumer packaged goods will make him a strong addition to our board.”

Graham, 64, has almost 40 years of financial experience on the company’s board. After being recruited from Howard University, he joined General Mills Inc., where he held multiple roles, ultimately becoming associate director of finance for the Gold Medal Division. Most recently, he worked for 16 years at Reynolds Group Holdings and Reynolds Consumer Products Inc., serving as CFO and senior advisor until his retirement in 2024.

Graham received the 2021 Chicago CFO of the Year award for Mid-Sized Public Companies from Financial Executives International.
