WOONSOCKET, R.I. — Michelle LeBlanc, vice president of merchandising for beauty and personal care and the Hispanic Strategy Team, has been with CVS Health for 20 years with continuous promotion to roles of greater responsibility and leadership. Her deep understanding of the business, retail landscape and consumers helps inform the work she is leading to innovate and evolve the beauty experience for shoppers.

“CVS is a health and beauty retailer rooted in the community. With our curated assortment across a breadth of need states, coupled with our ease of shop and accessibility, we are continuing to cement ourselves as the go-to destination for head-to-toe beauty. This is especially true in skin care: We are differentiating to be there for shoppers for healthier skin at every stage of life.”

In her current role, Michelle is responsible for the cosmetics, skin health, hair care and personal care businesses, as well as beauty experience and service. She also oversees the company’s Hispanic format stores, CVS y Más and Navarro Discount Pharmacy. She previously led strategy and transformation for the front-store business.

“I’m most excited about the role our beauty business plays for our shopper. Our shopper is often coming in for a need — a prescription, their child is sick, or like me, they ran out of sunscreen the day before vacation. Beauty brings a moment of exploration, discovery and levity to this mission-based trip. Ensuring we meet our shopper’s holistic beauty needs in a way that adds a little bit of fun — that’s exciting work to be part of.”
