DALLAS – Army & Air Force Exchange Service is reminding Military Star cardholders of additional savings opportunities during the back-to-school shopping season.
Savings include:
- An extra 10% off accessories, shoes and apparel, including coats, sleepwear, and socks, between August 14 and August 16.
- Zero-percent interest and no payments for six months on optical items of $299 or more, through September.
- Zero-percent interest and no payments for 12 months on desktop, laptop, notebook or tablet purchases of $499 through August 13.
- Triple rewards points on snack purchases at the Express throughout August.
Military Star is a private-label line of credit offered by the Exchange Credit Program and managed by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. It can be used only in Exchange-operated stores. Cardholder benefits include a “competitive” annual percentage rate, no annual fees, no overage fees or late payment charges and a percentage off of goods and services at certain Exchange-operated businesses on-base.
The Exchange is a retail and service organization serving the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Space Force communities. Established in 1895, it operates about 4,900 facilities worldwide, including main post exchanges, convenience stores, military clothing stores, restaurants, theaters, gas stations, and specialty retail outlets. The National Retail Federation lists the Exchange as the nation’s 51st-largest retailer, generating about $8.6 billion in annual sales, mostly in the United States.
