Naomi Duvall

Naomi Duvall is vice president of consumer health at Cardinal Health, a global distributor and manufacturer of pharmaceutical, medical and laboratory products; a supplier of home health and direct-to-patient services and products; an operator of nuclear pharmacies and manufacturer facilities; and a provider of performance and data solutions. Duvall oversees a broad consumer health portfolio of products, programs and solutions. With full P&L responsibility, she oversees a team of professionals driving omnichannel growth strategies for pharmacies and retail partners nationwide.

With nearly four decades of experience across the retail and health care continuum, Duvall has built her career around activating consumer-driven health care at scale. She began in store operations, working her way from pharmacy store manager to corporate management roles across food, drug, value and distribution channels. The trajectory of her career path influenced her leadership approach in frontline experience. Today, she operates as an enterprise leader shaping go-to-market strategy, supply chain innovation and category transformation across an array of health care channels.

Since joining Cardinal Health in 2013, she has evolved the consumer health business into a high-growth, strategically differentiated business unit. Known for her ability to translate market insights into executable strategies, Duvall partners closely with suppliers and pharmacy customers to unlock profitability, optimize front-end retail and help pharmacies solidify their position as trusted health destinations in their communities.
