FISHERS, Ind. – Meijer is continuing its investment in smaller-format grocery stores with the opening of a new 75,000-square-foot Meijer Grocery location in Fishers, Ind., bringing expanded access to fresh food, pharmacy services and everyday essentials to one of the state's fastest-growing communities.
The new store, located at 15700 Southeastern Parkway, marks the retailer's sixth Meijer Grocery store in the Midwest and its second in Indiana. The opening follows the launch of a similar concept in nearby Noblesville in 2024 as Meijer grows its presence with formats designed to deliver convenience and value in high-growth suburban markets.
The Fishers location features a full assortment of grocery categories, including fresh produce, dry grocery, meat cut daily, an in-store bakery with cake decorators, a full-service deli, pharmacy, health and beauty products, baby and pet supplies, floral and party items.
Like all Meijer stores, the new location also highlights regional brands through a dedicated "Local Favorites" display. Shoppers will find Indiana-made products such as Copper Moon Coffee, Triple XXX Root Beer and Just Pop In Popcorn, reflecting the retailer's ongoing commitment to supporting local suppliers.
The opening underscores Meijer's strategy of pairing a curated grocery-focused format with the assortment and services customers expect from a traditional supermarket, while emphasizing convenience and local relevance for growing communities.

The new supercenter offers mPerks rewards to help customers earn on every dollar spent. mPerks can be redeemed for in-store coupons or used for additional savings on fuel at Meijer Express stations. The mPerks program also allows customers to earn savings on the products they purchase most in the "hand-picked offers" section of coupons in the app. Additionally, the store features convenient shopping options including Meijer Home Delivery and Pickup services, and Shop & Scan, which allows shoppers to scan barcodes and bag their items as they shop.
The Fishers Meijer Grocery store will offer Meijer customers' favorite brands, including Frederik's by Meijer and True Goodness. These exclusive labels offer store brand value combined with high-quality product offerings unique to the retailer. Frederik's by Meijer, the retailer's premium brand, delivers authentic and innovative flavors in the spirit of its namesake, Fred Meijer, across dozens of product lines. True Goodness offers consciously crafted products free from more than 100 ingredients, making everyday choices more accessible.
Fishers Grocery Store Director Janice Thongvanh and her team welcomed customers when doors opened this morning with a round of applause, followed by a ribbon-cutting event. The team demonstrated the store's support of the community by presenting $15,000 donations to Fishers Youth Initiative, serving youth and families in the Fishers and Hamilton Southeastern community through mentoring, meal assistance, and community resource connections, and Good Samaritan Network, helping Hamilton County residents who are underserved, at risk, or experiencing crisis situations, access critical resources and support.
Meijer donates at least 6 percent of its net profit to community organizations annually, and each of its stores works with local food banks and pantries to help fight hunger. Since 2008, the retailer's Simply Give hunger relief program has generated more than $100 million for its food pantry partners throughout the Midwest. The Fishers store's first pantry partner is Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank, which will receive donations for its food pantry from the retailer's holiday campaign that runs through December 26.

As in all Meijer stores, this location also offers free access to Aira, an app-based service that provides live navigation assistance to blind and low-vision customers using the camera of their smartphones.
