PLEASANTON, Calif. — Safeway Inc. has officially announced that Brian Baer was given the permanent role of president of its Dominick’s Finer Foods division late in 2011.
Safeway Inc. has officially announced that Brian Baer was given the permanent role of president of its Dominick’s Finer Foods division late in 2011.
He had been acting president of the division since the resignation of Don Keprta in July.
Prior to that, Baer, who joined Safeway in 2001, had been chief financial officer of Dominick’s since 2008.
