“We’re thrilled to kick off our 50th anniversary year in Port Wentworth and to host our first new store ribbon cutting of 2026 right here in Chatham County,” said founder and Executive Chairman Greg Parker. “We want to be a great neighbor and are deeply honored to serve the local community. At Parker’s Kitchen, we have a powerful commitment to the communities where we operate stores and want to be the best place to work as well as the best place to shop.”
Located at 132 Hwy. 30, the new store features Parker’s Kitchen’s signature Lowcountry-inspired design, including a limewashed brick exterior, gas-lit lanterns, designer lighting, high-end finishes, and upgraded restrooms. The location aims to elevate customer expectations for the convenience channel.
The Port Wentworth store features Parker’s Kitchen’s Southern-inspired, made-from-scratch foodservice menu, available weekdays from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. The location includes a dedicated foodservice area with a hot bar, electronic kiosk ordering, indoor dining, and grab-and-go options. All menu items are prepared on-site using fresh ingredients by local culinary teams.
The store also marks a first for the chain with the launch of a made-to-order beverage program developed in partnership with Botrista. The platform offers iced and frozen coffees, smoothies, boba chillers, and energy drinks, with customizable flavors and add-ins.
Covering 6,065 square feet, the Port Wentworth location introduces Parker’s Kitchen’s PK2 prototype, a larger design featuring an angled foodservice area, expanded Beer Cave, and a deeper store layout to improve flow and the overall guest experience.

Founded in 1976 in Midway, Ga., Parker’s Kitchen operates across Georgia and South Carolina, employing 1,800 team members and handling over 1.1 million transactions each week. The company has been recognized by USA TODAY as a Top Workplace, and has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies eight times.
Known for its community focus, Parker’s Kitchen has donated more than $30 million to charitable causes over the past eight years, supporting education, hunger relief, healthcare access, and injured veterans. During the Port Wentworth celebration, the company also presented a $100,000 Fueling the Community donation to the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System.
The retailer is expanding into new markets, including Jacksonville, Fla., and Columbia, S.C., and aims to open 17 new stores in 2026.
