NEW YORK — On Wednesday, retailmediaIQ, publisher of Mass Market Retailers and Chain Drug Review, hosted the 2025 Women of Influence event, celebrating women making a difference in the retail space. The event took place in the illustrious Harmonie Club in Manhattan.
In its March issue, Mass Market Retailers recognized 75 women who are among the best and brightest leaders in the retail industry today. What all the leaders have in common is talent, hard work, and a dedication to advancing their businesses by addressing the needs of their immediate customers and end consumers.
Hosted by retailmediaIQ and MMR for over 25 years, the Women of Influence event is designed to bring together executives whose innovative contributions have significantly reshaped the retail and CPG sectors. It is more than a celebration; it’s a gathering of trailblazers. The event is a unique opportunity to connect with dynamic leaders who have left an indelible mark on the industry.
The event kicked off with a WE Leadership Panel on the Role of Influence.

During a broad and lively discussion, the panelists examined influence, sharing their experiences and strategies for gaining and using it effectively.
For the first time, the Trailblazer Award was given. The inaugural recipient was Andrea Fallin, founder of Strategy Concepts and WE, a community of leaders enhancing the future of health and wellness by expanding women’s voices across the industry. Through a focus on diversity, mentorship, and innovation, WE connects generations of women to drive meaningful change and shape a more inclusive, collaborative future.

Following the panel, a cocktail reception was held, followed by the award ceremony. Mass Market Retailers Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey Woldt presented the honorees in attendance with their awards, followed by a short speech.
The evening wrapped up with an after-party, sponsored by Kellanova, and attendees went home with a generous gift bag.
