Weng brings more than three decades of retail and pharmacy experience, most of it earned at Walgreens. Over a 30-year career there, she rose from pharmacist and store leader to senior vice president and chief supply chain officer, overseeing distribution, transportation, inventory management and master data management. Along the way, she led pharmacy and retail operations, e-commerce engineering, supply chain inventory, loss prevention and enterprise transformation initiatives — a breadth that few supply chain executives can claim. Her tenure reflects a rare combination: hands-on store experience and enterprise-level logistics strategy. That dual lens is increasingly critical in value retail, where margin discipline and in-stock performance are inseparable.

Most recently, Weng served at Uline, overseeing creative operations for the packaging and shipping supplies leader — a role that broadened her exposure to customer engagement and brand execution in a high-velocity distribution environment.

“I am honored to join the incredible team at Dollar Tree,” Weng said upon her appointment. “I look forward to driving industry-leading initiatives to ensure our supply chain network operates at the highest standards so our stores remain consistently and reliably stocked to delight our customers every day.”

Weng holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Purdue University, an MBA from University of Phoenix and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from Loyola University Chicago.
