As chief marketing officer at Bayer Consumer Health, Samantha Avivi is passionate about building consumer-led, purpose-driven brands that make a meaningful impact.
Her career spans client, agency and brand experience with some of the world’s most iconic companies — including Bayer, Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Walmart, BBDO and Y&R.
“I’ve had the privilege of leading iconic brands and household names such as MiraLAX, Claritin, Bayer Aspirin, M&M’s, Pampers, Head & Shoulders, Fisher-Price and ADT — helping them grow relevance, trust and market share,” she says. “My professional experience extends across diverse industries from consumer packaged goods and health care to financial services, energy and entertainment — fueling a broad perspective on what drives brands and people alike.”
Before joining Bayer in 2024, Avivi was chief marketing officer at Advance Auto Parts. She held the same post at Tenneco, where she led global brand strategy and creative development of 31 aftermarket auto part brands. Additionally, she was a growth consultant at the Jim Stengel Co., where, along with a small team of brand-building catalysts, she counseled clients to step-change their businesses.
