SOLON, Ohio — Executive vice president Sarah Davidson leads ECRM teams charged with accelerating B2B commerce across the organization’s retail and foodservice sectors, driving growth and innovation through tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of its brand and buyer customers.

With a focus on delivering exceptional value across the health and beauty, food and beverage, general merchandise, and other categories, Davidson ensures ECRM’s offerings are aligned with evolving market demands.

Davidson joined ECRM as an intern in 2005. Over the ensuing two decades she has held numerous positions in sales, operations and executive leadership. She has been managing teams since her first year with the company, and during her tenure has shown exceptional skill at mentoring and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Among her most recent accomplishments are customer-centric innovations such as the RangeMe Discovery Hub, a new addition to ECRM Sessions that offers RangeMe subscribers a cost-effective introductory opportunity to connect in person with a broad cross-section of buyers from large retailers and foodservice operations across the country.

Davidson was also instrumental in organizing ECRM’s collaboration with retailmediaIQ, publisher of Mass Market Retailers and Chain Drug Review, on Founders’ Innovation Day, an exclusive event designed for D2C and emerging brands to fulfill their potential through the multi-outlet retail channel, including e-commerce. The event offered founders and leaders from both emerging and D2C brands “to come and immerse themselves in a day of education, insights and networking,” according to Davidson.
