Sarah Malinski oversees Unilever’s beauty and well-being business in North America, a position that bestows responsibility for driving growth, operational excellence and organizational effectiveness across the portfolio.

Since joining Unilever in 2006, she has held leadership positions with progressive responsibility across various functions and channels.

Known for her passion for developing high‑performing teams and building operational discipline, she consistently delivers strong results while elevating capability across the organization. 

“The most rewarding part of my role is the opportunity to shape how teams work, helping people gain clarity, confidence and alignment around what we’re trying to achieve and how we deliver it together. I am energized by bringing structure to ambiguity and building systems that unlock great work at scale,” she says. “Developing teams to step into their potential, strengthen their craft, and elevate how we show up for customers and consumers is incredibly fulfilling.”

Malinski was promoted to her current position after serving as chief digital commerce officer for Unilever US, home to trusted and iconic brands including Dove, Hellmann’s, TRESemmé and Vaseline. She led the digital commerce business with a focus on accelerating growth and capabilities across online retailers. Also in that role she successfully enhanced return on ad spend and reduced inefficiencies. 

Malinski earned a bachelor of science degree in biology from Marquette University. She also holds a certificate from the food industry management program at the University of Southern California.

Malinski and her husband live in Minneapolis with their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking and cheering on her kids at the hockey rink.
