WOONSOCKET, R.I. — Shea Manigo is senior vice president of retail field operations (West) for CVS Pharmacy. In her role, she oversees more than 5,000 stores across the western United States, managing field operations and teams across both front store and pharmacy. Her work encompasses workplace culture, colleague training and development, sales and business growth and optimization. She also supports the execution of the business’ customer experience strategy, using elements of authority, convenience and engagement to drive improvements and efficiencies.
Manigo joined CVS Health during the Target Pharmacy acquisition in 2015 and has since served in leadership roles with increasing responsibility. She is an inspirational and strategic leader.
Manigo also serves on the board of A Better Chance, an organization aimed at helping underrepresented students pursue post-secondary education, supporting entry into the nation’s premier boarding, day and public schools.
