As senior vice president and chief commercial officer at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. United, Susanne Hall oversees the commercial strategy for
one of the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in the U.S., working closely with retailers across grocery, mass, drug and convenience channels to drive category growth and strengthen partnerships.
Hall manages sales, marketing, revenue management and strategic planning for the Birmingham, Ala.–based company. In this role, she concentrates on developing long-term growth strategies that help retail partners leverage emerging beverage trends while maintaining strong in-store execution across Coca-Cola United’s territories.
Founded in 1902, Coca-Cola United operates over 50 facilities and employs more than 10,000 associates across the Southeast, distributing a wide range of beverages to thousands of retail locations.
Hall has spent nearly three decades with the Coca-Cola system. A Louisiana native and a graduate of the University of New Orleans, she joined Coca-Cola United in 2015 during a period of major system refranchising and helped steer the company’s commercial integration and growth strategy.
In 2016, she was promoted to vice president of the company’s West Region, based in Baton Rouge, where she oversaw approximately 2,600 associates across Louisiana and southern Mississippi.
Today, Hall’s leadership focuses on helping both Coca-Cola United and its retail partners adapt to a quickly changing beverage market while investing in future leaders within the organization. She is recognized for prioritizing mentorship, talent growth and collaborative development across the Coca-Cola system.
