The new stores are located in Manhattan (at 1863 Broadway on the Upper West Side and at 615 10th Avenue in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood), and on Staten Island. Target now 25 stores across New York City, 13 of which are small-formats. Those figures include nine stores, eight of them small-formats, in Manhattan. The retailer operates nearly 1,900 stores nationwide, including 140 small-format stores.

Target’s store opening plans for this year also includes stores in Los Angeles (at 18th and La Cienega, on Sunset Boulevard and on South Sepulveda Boulevard); in Chicago (on W. Webster Ave. in Lincoln Park South and on Foster Avenue in Mayfair); and in Boston (on Cambridge Street in Beacon Hill and on Geneva Avenue in Dorchester Fields Corner).
