GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Fresh Market Inc. held grand opening ceremonies today for its newest store, which opened in Seminole, Florida.
Located at 7774 113th St. N in the Seminole City Center, the 24,597-square-foot store offers an extensive range of fresh produce, premium meats, seafood, bakery items, and local Florida products, according to the retailer, which was recently recognized by USA Today's 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for best bakery, best deli, and best-prepared food. The Fresh Market is bringing more reasons for Seminole shoppers to make this their fresh food destination.
“Florida is an important part of our growth at The Fresh Market, and we're thrilled to become a member of the Seminole community,” said Fresh Market CEO Jason Potter. “Our recent recognition by USA Today readers is a testament to our shoppers' commitment to our brand. They choose us and trust us with their everyday and special occasion meals, and we’re excited for our guests in Seminole to discover their favorites.”
To celebrate the grand opening, the store gave out customized Seminole shopping bags to the first 500 guests. The retailer also presented a check for $2,000 to Feeding Tampa Bay. The Seminole store joins nine other The Fresh Market locations that provide weekly food donations to the organization.
