The California-based grocer has listed nine additional locations as “opening soon” on its website, further expanding its presence across the country

MONROVIA, Calif. — Trader Joe’s announced that the chain is continuing to grow its national footprint, adding new stores as consumer demand remains strong.

The California-based grocer has listed nine additional locations as “opening soon” on its website, further expanding its presence across the U.S. The move comes as the retailer continues to outperform much of the grocery sector.

The retailer operates more than 600 stores across 42 states and Washington, D.C.

The nine newly added locations include:

  • Phoenix, Ariz. (21001 North Tatum Blvd.)
  • Sarasota, Fla. (8199 South Tamiami Trail)
  • Chicago, Ill. (804 West Montrose Ave.)
  • Quincy, Mass. (111 General McConville Way)
  • Farmington Hills, Mich. (27658 Middlebelt Road)
  • Syracuse, N.Y. (3515 West Genesee St.)
  • Yonkers, N.Y. (2481 Central Park Ave.)
  • University Heights, Ohio (2643 Warrensville Center Road)
  • West Jordan, Utah (5561 W 7800)
