The designation might seem odd for an association, but NACDS is an organization comprised of retailers, with C-suite executives from member companies comprising the board of directors. This edition of Video Forum features three of NACDS’ key leaders — current chair Colleen Lindholz, who is also president of Kroger Health; Rick Keyes, her predecessor at the association, and president and CEO of Meijer Inc.; and NACDS president and CEO Steve Anderson.
