MMR‘s sister publication, Chain Drug Review, has named the National Association of Chain Drug Stores its Retailer of the Year. The designation might seem odd for an association, but NACDS is an organization comprised of retailers, with C-suite executives from member companies comprising the board of directors. This edition of Video Forum features three of NACDS’ key leaders — current chair Colleen Lindholz, who is also president of Kroger Health; Rick Keyes, her predecessor at the association, and president and CEO of Meijer Inc.; and NACDS president and CEO Steve Anderson.
